DENTRESSANGLE has acquired the Renault premises in Cergy Pontoise, following a bidding process involving all the global players in the logistics real estate market. The site is located in the heart of the Bellevues Business Park in Eragny – St Ouen l’Aumône (Val d’Oise) and will be released by its user at the end of 2022.
This exceptional 27-hectare site is only 25 kilometers from the Paris Ring Road and is immediately connected to the A184 and A15 highways, giving it excellent access to the heart of the East-West and North-South freight flows of the Ile de France region.
The site will be redesigned as a mixed industrial and logistics business park and will include several turnkey facilities as well as a large-scale logistics warehouse in order to meet the needs of companies with local, national or international operations, with a large area of preserved green areas.
Demolition and re-build work will start in 2023, with pre-marketing of the site starting in late 2021.
The DENTRESSANGLE park will be integrated into the business environment of Cergy Pontoise. It will benefit from the existing services of the Bellevues park and will enhance the existing service offer with a new low carbon renewable energy distribution station.
In total, the DENTRESSANGLE Group will invest €m150.
In terms of size and stakes, this real estate project will be one of the most important industrial restructuring projects in the Île-de-France region and will be part of DENTRESSANGLE’s industrial and logistics real estate development strategy, which aims to position its real estate subsidiary as a preferred partner of the territories authorities, in the service of their economic growth and respect for their environmental commitments.
In this regard, the DENTRESSANGLE project fully meets the government’s objective of zero land artificialisation, by promoting the restructuring of existing sites.
